In conjunction with all definitions, terms, annexes, and amendments set forth in the “3DS Champions Agreement”, I the user hereto, hereby agree to the following: If I am deemed “inactive” in the Program for a period lasting more than twelve (12) consecutive months, Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS and its Subcontractors are entitled to reclaim and cancel any points I have accrued to-date, upon which I will then be considered an “Alumni” of the Program, and eligible to re-join at any time. If I re-join the Program as an Alumni, I understand previous points balances will not be re-granted.
